The Spindle Moulder WS1000TA is a combination of two machines, spindle moulder and router moulder.
The spindle size is industry standard 30mm diameter and router bits with a 1/2" shank can be fitted into the supplied router bit spindle attachment. Intending purchasers need to be mindful that cutters of a diameter of 35mm or greater should only be used [Smaller diameter cutters will not have a high enough peripheral speed and if used would leave a very rough finish].
The spindle is able to be tilted thru to 45 degrees to take the ultimate advantage of your tooling. Tenoning and end grain rail cutting is a very simple task to perform on this machine thanks to the precision inbuilt, flush with the table top sliding table.
Both the infeed and outfeed fences are fully adjustable and the very nicely designed 3 wheeled stock pressor holds the work firmly to the table and is slightly angled to keep the work against the fence.
